Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field required.
• Experience: 8–10 years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain planning with leadership of a SIOP process and multi-site exposure.
• Technical: Proficiency with ERP systems, demand planning/SIOP software, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise purchasing strategy, including sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
• Own and facilitate the monthly SIOP process, leading demand, supply, and financial reconciliation meetings.
