We are looking for a Director - Publisher Sales to join our growing team! This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our publisher network.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships with enterprise-level publishers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in client communications and goals.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and opportunity plans.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with clear forecasting.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in publisher sales with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven experience working with technology platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
