Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical/occupational/speech therapy, business administration, finance or a related field.
• Virginia Physical Therapy license current at start.
• Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.

Responsibilities

• Oversees department operations and implements business strategy to meet organizational goals.
• Evaluates and treats patients referred by physicians; records and reports progress to physicians.
• Maintains complete patient records and ensures equipment safety and readiness.
• Participates in continuing education to meet insurance network requirements.
• Develops annual clinic budget and monitors financial performance.
• Schedules therapy and clinical staff hours and patient appointments.
• Maintains relationships with patients, physicians, and other departments.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in physical/occupational/speech therapy, business administration, finance or a related field

Current Virginia Physical Therapy License

Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association
