Inova Health System seeks a Director of Physical Therapy Clinics to provide strategic and operational leadership for PT services across the Mount Vernon and Willow Oaks clinics, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation.

The role includes organizing, directing, and supervising clinic activities, managing budgets, staff, and relations with patients and physicians to ensure compliant, efficient care.

Qualifications

• Certification as required for specific functional areas.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapy License; APTA membership.
• 3 years of clinical experience with management exposure.
• Bachelor's Degree in physical/occupational/speech therapy, business administration, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees department to implement business strategy and budget.
• Evaluates and treats patients referred by physicians.
• Maintains records and equipment safety.
• Participates in continuing education.
• Cares for patients across pediatrics, adolescents, and geriatrics.
• Develops annual clinic budget and monitors financial performance.
• Schedules therapy and staff hours; manages patient appointments.
• Collaborates with departments and other units.
• Interacts with MDs and other contacts.
• Trains staff in physical therapy techniques.
• Ensures Service Excellence and outstanding customer service.
