Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Director of Provider Network Servicing and Value-Based Payments in Albuquerque. This senior role drives provider engagement, issue resolution, and education while advancing value-based care across lines of business.

The position partners with contracting, medical economics, clinical operations, and finance to optimize total cost of care, improve quality, and strengthen provider relationships. Flexible remote/hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 10 years in provider relations/contracting/claims within managed care, with 5 years in leadership.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies (FFS, capitation, shared savings, risk-based).

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of provider servicing operations and ongoing relationship management.
• Oversee VBP design, implementation, and performance across lines of business.
• Set standardized servicing models, workflows, and performance expectations.
• Collaborate on provider communication, outreach, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with CMS/Medicaid/NCQA and regulatory reporting.
