Job summary

BestSelf Behavioral Health is seeking a Director of Provider Enrollment to lead the operational oversight of provider and facility enrollment. You will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant enrollment and revalidation across payers, while supporting seamless billing readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Provider & Facility Enrollment experience in behavioral health and healthcare settings.
• Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal payer, provider, and facility enrollment and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Provider Enrollment tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provider enrollment to ensure timely, eligible enrollment and updates across payers.
• Oversee facility enrollment and re-enrollment for all programs and locations.
• Monitor enrollment statuses, processing timeliness, expirations, and requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to address denials and barriers.
• Develop and maintain training materials and procedures for enrollment teams.
• Travel as needed for meetings and department events.
