The role blends advanced research methods with predictive modeling and wealth screening to guide strategy, working closely with Annual Giving and Major Gifts teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and seven years of advancement or prospect development experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Lead applied prospect research and identification to build a strong donor pipeline.
• Utilize wealth screening, capacity rating, and profiling for boards and leadership roles.
• Apply data analytics and predictive modeling to explain donor trends and forecast giving.
• Oversee database maintenance and data integrity in RISD’s systems, including Raiser's Edge.
• Manage a prospect intelligence team and align efforts with fundraising goals.
