Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
~10+ years of experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, infrastructure finance, or corporate finance.
Advanced financial modeling and transaction execution expertise.
Proven experience negotiating financing agreements and transaction documents.
MBA, CFA, CPA, or related advanced credential.
Renewable energy, battery storage, power generation, or data center financing experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the structuring and execution of project financings, corporate financings, tax equity investments, debt facilities, and strategic capital transactions.
Develop and evaluate financing alternatives to support project development and growth objectives.
Lead negotiations with lenders, tax equity investors, institutional investors, and strategic financing partners.
Project finance modeling, including debt sizing, sensitivity, and capital structure optimization.
Debt structuring and lender due diligence.
Financing documentation and negotiations.
