Job summary

GlobalFoundries in the United States, New York, Malta area seeks a Director, Project Control to establish and lead the integrated project controls function for major semiconductor fab construction projects.

You will provide visibility, governance, and performance reporting across schedule, cost, risk, and onboarding of commissioning and start-up, partnering with Owner’s Team and EPC/EPCM partners to protect budget and milestones.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in project controls or related field on large capital projects.
• Experience in semiconductor fab construction preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated project controls framework and governance.
• Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule and baselines.
• Monitor cost, forecast, risks, and change management.
• Provide executive reporting and decision-ready analyses.
• Ensure EHSS, quality, and turnover readiness integration.
