Job summary

2K Publishing Tech is seeking a Director of Program Delivery to build, lead, and scale the technical program management practice across our growing studio portfolio. You will translate business priorities into program structure, hire and develop a high‑performing team, and set governance and operating rhythms to scale delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management, technical production, or engineering leadership.
• Experience building and scaling a program management function, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Video game development knowledge; shipped AAA titles a plus.
• Proven experience owning executive-level relationships and communicating program status, risk, and strategy to senior leadership.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and grow a team of Technical Program Managers supporting 2K's studio portfolio
• Set the strategic direction and operating model for how Technology Program Delivery engages with studios and cross-functional partners
• Own executive-level reporting and communication on program health, risk, and delivery across the studio portfolio
• Partner with Technology, Studio, Analytics, Global Services, Commercial, and Marketing leadership to align priorities and resolve cross-functional roadblocks
• Establish and evolve program management standards, processes, and tooling used across the team
• Coach and develop a team, including performance management, career growth, and workload balancing
• Own resourcing and staffing decisions across studio engagements, including hiring
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex studio delivery risks, blockers, and stakeholder conflicts, proactively resolving high-priority challenges.
• Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions across competing studio and portfolio demands
• Represent Program Delivery in leadership forums, planning cycles, and budget discussions
• Own delivery of the shared services and platform roadmap in partnership with studio and product leadership
• Champion continuous improvement in how the team plans, tracks, and communicates delivery status
