Resources for Abortion Delivery (RAD) seeks a Director, Programs to lead program strategy, execution, and staff development nationwide. You will align multiple program areas with a strategic roadmap, manage a 5-person team, and partner with executive leadership to drive impact in abortion access and system strengthening.

The role emphasizes collaboration with funders and providers, program governance, and a strong commitment to equity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to ensuring equitable access to abortion and support for abortion seekers.
• Ability to navigate the landscape of abortion providers and funders at a national scale.
• Strong capability to translate program strategy into actionable plans.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction across RAD’s program areas to align with the strategic roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a 5-person Programs team with clear priorities and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Co-Executive Directors to shape program strategy and measure impact.
• Lead quarterly Advisory Board updates and report on programmatic developments.
• Foster equity and inclusive leadership across program operations and field engagement.
