Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an experienced Launch Program Manager to lead the market readiness plan. You will coordinate with the PMO and Commercial teams to ensure timelines, ownership, and interdependencies are aligned for a successful launch.

You will develop dashboards and KPIs, identify risks, and escalate issues to senior leadership. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration in rare disease launches and post-launch transition support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
  • 8+ years in program/project management in biopharma; at least 3 years leading/supporting commercial launch in rare disease.
  • Working knowledge of commercialization functions for rare disease launches; experience in rare disease/specialty/first-launch environments preferred.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and align stakeholders.
  • Strong commercialization processes/timelines knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet and MS Project; collaboration platforms.
  • PMP or related certification a plus.

Responsibilities
