Qualifications

• Experience applying adult education methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, monitor, and participate in program development and implementation.
• Define long-range objectives and KPI-driven actions.
• Analyze operations to evaluate program performance and cost efficiency.
• Explain policies and regulations to agencies and officials.
• Develop corrective action plans to resolve organizational issues.
• Prepare reports for funding and executive review.
• Oversee program budgets and funding to maximize investments.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state policies and grants.
• Oversee training of employees and consultants on requirements.
• Coordinate and deliver communications plans.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff with clear performance expectations.
• Set expectations, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards.
