Zusammenfassung

Martin is seeking a Director to lead the newly formed Professional Services Group (PSG) for a portfolio of client accounts. You will ensure engagements are well scoped, meet quality standards, and deliver promised outcomes, while growing long-term client relationships.

This remote role reports to the Chief Professional Services Officer, with limited travel for client meetings and events. Ideal candidates will bring deep P&C expertise and executive presence to guide senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in P&C insurance with at least 5 years leading client-facing consulting engagements.
• Deep knowledge of the insurance product lifecycle, including product development, regulatory compliance, and state filings.
• Proven success scoping complex engagements and managing scope throughout delivery.
• Executive presence and credibility to advise senior client stakeholders; ability to push back constructively.
• Track record of setting clear standards and leading through others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and quality.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery and scoping for new opportunities, defining client requirements, deliverables, and delivery assumptions.
• Represent the PSG in reviews of complex engagements and manage scope with pricing and capacity planning.
• Serve as the primary consulting contact for key client accounts and drive renewal opportunities and growth.
• Conduct quality reviews and maintain standard checklists; capture lessons learned across engagements.
• Mentor consultants in P&C domain knowledge and contribute to methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets.
