Job summary

UKG is seeking a seasoned Director of Global Delivery Services to lead, scale, and elevate our global implementation operations for HCM and WFM SaaS.

This executive will drive operational excellence, partner with Global Services, and foster AI-enabled, efficient delivery while ensuring customer success and satisfaction. Travel up to 50% to NA, EMEA, APAC; remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of senior leadership in SaaS delivery and enterprise services.
• Strong understanding of HCM and WFM solutions; familiarity with UKG WFM is a plus.
• Proven experience scaling enterprise, SMB and mid-market customers globally.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global delivery strategy aligned to UKG objectives.
• Build executive partnerships to drive unified delivery vision and performance.
• Lead and scale a global implementation organization with accountability culture.
• Ensure world-class deployments of UKG SaaS solutions with strong OSAT.
• Establish customer success programs to drive retention and value realization.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Enablement, and Support.
• Oversee professional services lifecycle including enablement, consulting, and transition.
