Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a senior supply chain leader to drive production planning and scheduling aligned with business goals. You will oversee capacity, materials, labor, and equipment to maximize throughput and on-time delivery.

You will develop and mentor a high-performing team, manage department budgets, and lead strategic initiatives. A strong background in procurement, logistics and ERP systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management or engineering.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning and supplier management.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and advanced planning software.
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams and complex supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, financial, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communications, leadership and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable initiating productive discussions in a conflict-adverse environment.
• Self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of short-medium and long-term production plans aligned with customer demand and business objectives.
• Oversee master production scheduling and ensure plans are achievable based on capacity, materials, labor, and equipment.
• Establish planning processes balancing demand, capacity, inventory, service levels, and costs.
• Identify capacity constraints and develop mitigation plans to address bottlenecks and changing demand.
• Ensure production schedules are optimized to maximize throughput, minimize downtime, and improve on-time delivery.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
• Prepare and manage department budgets and support strategic planning initiatives.
