Job summary

Bloom Energy seeks a Director of Production Planning & Control to lead mid-to-long-term production plans and master scheduling in Newark, Delaware. This on-site role reports to the Vice President, Supply Chain and requires guiding capacity, materials, labor, and equipment decisions.

You will mentor a high-performing team, manage budgets, and align plans with demand and strategic goals while driving on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, or engineering.
  • Minimum 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning and supplier management.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and advanced planning software.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams and complex supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical, financial, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communications, leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable initiating productive discussions in a conflict-adverse environment.
  • Must be self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic.

  • Identify capacity constraints and develop mitigation plans to address bottlenecks, resource limitations and changing demand.
  • Ensure production schedules are optimized to maximize throughput, minimize downtime, and improve on-time delivery.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Prepare and manage department budgets and support strategic planning initiatives.

We are looking for a Director, Production Planning & Control to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.This role willreportto the Vice President, Supply Chain and will be based in Newark, Delaware.This is a fully on-site, in officerole5 days a week.

Key Job Responsibilities

#LI-JS1 Salary Ranges: $171,400.00 - $246,600.00
