Qualifications

• 10+ years in product/experience strategy or related fields.
• Undergraduate/graduate degree in engineering, design, economics, or social sciences preferred.
• Proven ability to own complex projects end-to-end and deliver outcomes.
• Experience turning ambiguous challenges into structured recommendations.
• Experience partnering with design and engineering teams to develop product concepts with credible constraints.
• Proven ability to lead senior stakeholders through uncertain or high-stakes decisions.
• Exceptional analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Ability to stay focused under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Frame opportunities: Define problem space, objectives, and decision criteria.
• Model system behavior: Develop system-level views of users, constraints, and dependencies.
• Shape 0-1 solutions: Define product/service concepts and guide prototyping through to execution.
• Enable teams: Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and project teams, set expectations.
• Lead client decision-making: Facilitate sessions and present work to executives with narrative and artifacts.
• Integrate cross-disciplinary insight: Synthesize inputs across disciplines to build shared understanding.
• Advance the practice: Contribute to internal methods and external viewpoints to improve clarity and quality across engagements.
