Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Digital & AI

Portfolio: Digital & AI capabilities within DomaniRx.

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin.

About DomaniRx: Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Develop market insights, conduct market and competitive product intelligence.
2. Define problem space and target audience.
3. Formulate strategy and develop lean business cases.
4. Establish KPIs, research plans, and perform cost-benefit analyses.
5. Create vision, mission, strategy stack, and product roadmap.
6. Product planning: build/buy/partner decisions, experience maps, feature sets, and benefits.

Agile Development & GTM Planning

1. Coordinate with Agile teams and Product Owners to ensure alignment with go-to-market plans.
2. Support sales with RFP responses, client demonstrations, and meetings.
3. Collaborate with marketing for value proposition creation and collateral development.
4. Assist in pricing strategies and create product bundling options.
5. Deliver internal and external product training.

Manage:

• Post-launch product lifecycle management.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably with PBM and pharmacy background.
• Experience in digital transformation and automation of healthcare tech assets.
• End-to-end product management expertise.
• Business model creation skills.
