Job Description

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin.

DomaniRx is revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities:

1. Define problem space and target audience.
2. Formulate strategy.
3. Develop and maintain a lean business case.
4. Establish KPIs.
5. Create research plans.
6. Develop a vision, mission, strategy stack, and roadmap.

Agile Development:

1. Coordinate with Agile teams and Product Owners to align development with go-to-market plans.
2. Support delivery, development, and testing processes.

GTM & Planning for New Products:

1. Assist sales with RFP responses and meetings.
2. Collaborate with marketing on value propositions and collateral.
3. Create and deliver client demonstrations.
4. Work with the pricing team on pricing strategies.
5. Develop product bundling options for sales and account management.
6. Design and deliver internal and external product training sessions.

Product Management:

• Oversee post-launch product lifecycle management.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience in digital transformation.
• Automation of healthcare technology assets.
• End-to-end product management expertise.
