DomaniRx is revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities of the Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Digital & AI include, but are not limited to:

1. Define the problem space and target audience.
2. Formulate strategy.
3. Develop and maintain a lean business case.
4. Establish KPIs.
5. Create research plans.
6. Develop vision, mission, strategy stack, and roadmap.

Agile Development:

1. Coordinate with Agile teams and Product Owners to ensure alignment with go-to-market plans and timelines.
2. Advise Product Owners on delivery, development, and testing processes.

GTM & Planning for New Products:

1. Support sales through RFP responses and client meetings.
2. Collaborate with marketing on value proposition, collateral, etc.
3. Create and deliver client demonstrations.
4. Work with the pricing team to develop pricing strategies.
5. Create product bundling options for sales and account management.
6. Design and deliver internal and external product training.

Manage:

1. Post-launch product lifecycle management.

Desired Skills & Experience:

3. End-to-End Product Management experience.
