Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Digital & AI

Portfolio: Digital & AI capabilities within DomaniRx.

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

About DomaniRx: Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Develop Market Insights, Formulate Strategy, and Planning:
    • Develop market insights, e.g., conduct market intel & competitive product intel
    • Define problem space and target audience
    • Formulate strategy
    • Develop Lean Business Cases (living document)
    • Establish KPIs
    • Create research plans
    • Perform Cost-Benefit Analysis
    • Develop Roadmaps including vision, mission, and strategy stack
    • Product Planning: build/buy/partner decisions, product design, experience mapping (features, benefits)
  2. Agile Development:
    • Coordinate with Agile teams and Product Owners to ensure alignment with go-to-market plans
    • Consult on delivery, development, and testing as needed
  3. GTM & Planning for New Products:
    • Support sales with RFP responses and meetings
    • Collaborate with marketing on value propositions and collateral
    • Create and deliver client demonstrations and support client meetings
    • Work with Pricing team to develop pricing strategies
    • Create product bundling options for sales and account management
    • Design and deliver internal and external product training
  4. Manage:
    • Post-launch product lifecycle management
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Healthcare experience, preferably in PBM
  • Experience in digital transformation and healthcare technology automation
  • Pharmacy and PBM experience
  • End-to-End Product Management expertise
  • Business Model creation skills
