Responsibilities:

• Develop market insights, conduct market and competitive product intelligence
• Define problem space and target audience
• Formulate strategy and develop lean business cases
• Establish KPIs, research plans, and perform cost-benefit analyses
• Create vision, mission, strategy stack, and product roadmap
• Product planning: build/buy/partner decisions, experience design, feature set benefits
• Coordinate with Agile teams and Product Owners to ensure alignment with go-to-market plans
• Support sales with RFP responses, client demonstrations, and meetings
• Collaborate with marketing for value proposition and collateral development
• Assist in pricing strategies and develop product bundling options
• Design and deliver internal and external product training
• Manage post-launch product lifecycle

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably in PBM
