Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Reporting, Analytics, and BI

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin.

About DomaniRx: Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities:

• Develop market insights through market intelligence and competitive product analysis.
• Define problem space and target audience.
• Formulate strategy and develop a living business case.
• Establish KPIs, research plans, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, vision, mission, and strategy stack.
• Plan product features: build, buy, or partner; design user experience and benefits.

Development & Go-to-Market:

• Coordinate with agile teams and product owners to ensure alignment with go-to-market plans.
• Support sales with RFP responses, client demonstrations, and meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing to create value propositions and collateral.
• Assist in pricing strategies and develop product bundling options.
• Create and deliver internal and external product training.

Post-Launch Management:

• Manage product lifecycle post-launch.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably in PBM.
• Experience in digital transformation, analytics, BI, and automation.
• Knowledge of healthcare technology assets, pharmacy, and business modeling.
