Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area with 11 years of product management experience.
• Option 2: 13 years of product management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision and strategy for a complex product family, aligning roadmaps with business objectives and technology capabilities.
• Guide multiple product teams through full lifecycle management, from discovery to value realization.
• Drive data-driven decision making by defining outcome-based metrics and leveraging experimentation and analytics.
• Manage cross-functional trade-offs, balancing scope, cost, quality, and time-to-value across Engineering, Design, and Business partners.
• Develop and mentor product talent, fostering alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.
• Own financial outcomes, resource allocation, and customer value delivery for the product portfolio.
