Job summary

ScaleFlux seeks a technically fluent, commercially minded Product / Solutions Marketing Director to lead product marketing for our enterprise NVMe SSD solutions. You will define product positioning, translate complex memory and storage technology into customer value, and drive go-to-market programs that accelerate awareness, evaluation, and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related marketing roles.
• Experience with enterprise SSDs, NAND flash, memory or storage controllers, or data-center infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value.
• Experience launching products, enabling sales, and creating technical content.
• Strong presentation, writing, and storytelling skills; capable of leading multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define product positioning and messaging for ScaleFlux products and workloads.
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for customers and partners.
• Create messaging for AI infrastructure providers, hyperscalers, OEMs, and enterprise IT teams.
• Partner with marketing to build campaigns that generate engagement and evaluation requests.
• Define target markets, customer requirements, and go-to-market strategy.
• Develop solution narratives for AI training, KV-cache offload, databases, and more.
• Quantify customer value using performance, endurance, capacity, and TCO metrics.
• Develop reference architectures and joint solutions with partners.
• Identify IP needs and manage third-party IP planning and governance.
• Plan events, analyst briefings, and media outreach with technical accuracy.
