Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Director, Product Operating Model & Agile Coaching Lead to evolve Personal Lines into a product platform operating model, including funding, tooling, governance, roles and ways of working. You will coach leaders and squads, create and refine the operating model playbook, and drive adoption across teams.

You will mentor a team of agile coaches, partner with Product Operations, domains, and technology, and ensure the coaching system sustains capabilities with decreasing

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of related project/program management experience along with experience leading others.
• PM Certification is strongly preferred; industry designations such as CPCU, CLU and/or ChFC are highly desired.
• Experience partnering with Finance and Technology to oversee project budgets and financials.

Responsibilities

• Directs evaluation of proposed business development efforts and aligns with strategy and objectives.
• Facilitates portfolio planning and develops roadmaps and budgets for programs and projects.
