This strategic role will lead the development and execution of product marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of healthcare technology solutions.   • Build and maintain detailed buyer and user personas, tracking behavior and decision-making processes

  • Support the creation of thought leadership content to elevate brand authority
  • Track key performance indicators for product marketing initiatives and optimize based on results
  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in healthcare technology or SaaS
  • Proven track record of executing product marketing strategies that drive measurable results
  • Strong grasp of content strategy, ABM, multichannel campaigns, and buyer journey mapping
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, WordPress, Figma, and Pendo
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Analytical mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills
