Job description

Director, Product Marketing Management

At Storable, our aspiration is to remain the #1 technology platform serving the Storage, Marina, and RV/Campground industries. We deliver fully integrated solutions that combine facility management software, websites, marketing programs and services, payments, and deeply embedded tenant insurance—helping operators run smarter, more profitable businesses from a single platform.

As we continue to grow, with over 1,000 employees worldwide, we are seeking a Director of Product Marketing Management to shape how our products and solutions go to market. This role will sit within our Storage vertical, our largest and most strategically important business, and will report to the GM of Storage.

This leader will be responsible for building and scaling a best‑in‑class PMM function, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive successful launches, strengthen competitive positioning, and accelerate growth. This role is equal parts strategic and hands‑on, with a mandate to elevate PMM maturity, instill rigor, and serve as a trusted partner across the company.

Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Own the end‑to‑end GTM strategy for high‑impact product launches, including positioning, value propositions, packaging, and pricing.
  • Build and operationalize launch frameworks and playbooks that drive cross‑functional alignment and accountability.
  • Partner with GMs and Product leaders to define success metrics and track post‑launch performance.
Messaging & Positioning
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning for products, vertical solutions, and the Storable brand across channels and audiences.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success with compelling battlecards, talk tracks, and content that drive conversion and retention.
  • Own and evolve solutions‑selling frameworks across verticals.
Market Intelligence
  • Establish and lead a “Compete PMM” discipline to track competitive insights, win/loss trends, share of voice, and emerging threats.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that support Sales and influence Product direction.
  • Partner with Field Marketing and GMs to develop content for industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
  • Support executives and field leaders with messaging and presentations that reinforce category leadership.
AI Strategy, Execution, and Innovation
  • Drive the integration of AI into PMM and GTM workflows to improve speed, quality, and decision‑making across positioning, ICP segmentation, competitive intelligence, and pricing.
  • Scale content and messaging while maintaining a clear, consistent, and differentiated narrative, operating as an “editor‑in‑chief” across launches, campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Optimize messaging and GTM performance through structured experimentation (A/B testing) and continuous analysis of performance data.
  • Build and leverage feedback loops (Voice of Customer, win/loss insights, market signals) to refine positioning and ensure alignment with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Team & Organizational Development
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Marketers aligned to verticals and centers of excellence.
  • Establish clarity in roles and accountability (RACI) across launches, pricing updates, and cross‑sell initiatives.
  • Elevate PMM output quality, delivering crisp narratives, operator‑friendly language, and executive‑ready materials.
Cross‑Functional Partnership
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance.
  • Align closely with GMs and Product leaders to ensure PMM strategy drives demand generation, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with Brand and Demand Generation teams to integrate PMM outputs across campaigns, web, events, and PR.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related GTM roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving impactful product launches, building PMM functions, and partnering cross‑functionally with Product and Sales.
  • Deep experience in SaaS and B2B environments; vertical market experience is a plus.
  • Strong ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including developing talent and driving team performance.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to balance rigor and speed.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve GTM strategy, execution, and outcomes.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
