DomaniRx is revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited

  • Developing market insights and go-to-market (GTM) / commercialization strategies for DomaniRx.
  • Creating specific marketing plans and activities for products to establish and enhance product placement within the competitive landscape.
  • Developing business plans and product positioning, collaborating with Product Strategy to conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify customer needs.
  • Supporting sales and client renewals, including RFP responses and collateral preparation.
  • Ensuring external readiness of products and product enhancements, including detailed GTM and commercialization toolkits for Sales & Account Management Teams.
  • Participating in strategic planning with senior leaders to achieve organizational goals.
  • Applying in-depth company knowledge and specialized skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Managing broad-scope programs and projects impacting operational success.

Minimum

  • Master’s degree and 8+ years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience.

Desired Skills &

  • Proven track record in healthcare technology product commercialization.
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably with PBM.
  • Knowledge of PBM and pharmacy sectors.
  • Strong product marketing and brand awareness skills.
