Director, Product Marketing - DomaniRx

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin.

Portfolios: Claims Platform, Clinical, Analytics, and Digital, AI.

DomaniRx is revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing market insights and go-to-market strategies for DomaniRx.
  • Creating marketing plans and activities to position products within the competitive landscape.
  • Developing business plans and product positioning; collaborating with Product Strategy to conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify customer needs.
  • Supporting sales and client renewals, including RFP responses and collateral preparation.
  • Ensuring external readiness of products and enhancements, including detailed go-to-market and commercialization toolkits for Sales & Account Management Teams.
  • Participating in strategic planning with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals.
  • Applying in-depth company knowledge and specialized skills to solve complex issues.
  • Managing broad-scope programs and projects impacting operational success.

Minimum qualifications: Master's degree and 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in commercialization of healthcare technology products.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong product marketing and brand awareness skills.
