Position: Director, Product Marketing - DomaniRx

Location: Remote in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin.

Portfolios: Claims Platform, Clinical, Analytics, Digital, AI

DomaniRx is revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first approach that facilitates easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities
  • Develop market insights and go-to-market strategies for DomaniRx products.
  • Create marketing plans and activities to position products competitively.
  • Collaborate on market research, monitor competitors, and identify customer needs.
  • Support sales through RFP responses and collateral preparation.
  • Ensure external readiness of products and develop commercialization toolkits for sales teams.
  • Participate in strategic planning with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrate in-depth company knowledge and influence critical issues.
  • Manage broad-scope programs impacting operational success.
  • Minimum requirements include a Master's degree and 8 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in healthcare technology product commercialization, especially in PBM or pharmacy sectors.
  • Digital transformation expertise.
  • Strong product marketing and brand awareness skills.
