Job description

Role / Responsibilities:

1. Lead a cross-functional product squad focused on the evolution of Moodys GenAI product offerings.
2. Drive collaboration across technology, operations, design, and strategy teams to translate client needs into actionable product milestones.
3. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development decisions.
4. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance to ensure effective product execution.
5. Drive and deliver a product roadmap based on strategic opportunities and market research.
6. Establish strong relationships with business partners to identify new product opportunities.
7. Collaborate with technology teams to understand solution complexities and participate in decision-making to select appropriate technologies.
8. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring controls are in place throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of product management experience in financial services, with experience in risk management software.
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Client-focused with experience using personas and feedback to inform product development.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience refining workflows through retrospectives and KPI reviews.
• Creative thinker capable of innovative solutions beyond current constraints.
