Role / Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional product squad focused on the evolution of Moodys GenAI product offerings.
- Drive collaboration across technology, operations, design, and strategy teams to translate client needs into actionable product milestones.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development decisions.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance to ensure effective product execution.
- Drive and deliver a product roadmap based on strategic opportunities and market research.
- Establish strong relationships with business partners to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with technology teams to understand solution complexities and participate in decision-making to select appropriate technologies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring controls are in place throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- At least 12 years of product management experience in financial services, with experience in risk management software.
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Client-focused with experience using personas and feedback to inform product development.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience refining workflows through retrospectives and KPI reviews.
