Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader to own the lifecycle of key B2B SaaS identity security products, collaborating with engineering and design to deliver secure, scalable solutions. You will work with Sales and Marketing to shape go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

The role requires deep IAM knowledge, cloud-platform familiarity, and a track record of data-driven product optimization, with strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's; or 12+ with a Master's; or 8 with a PhD.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex B2B SaaS products.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
• Track record of conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Proven experience defining and managing software product roadmaps and requirements.
• Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with API design and integration strategies.
