A leading healthcare company is seeking a Product Manager to advance precision medicine through innovative applications. This role requires extensive experience in product management and collaboration across various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Develop the services that drive the next generation of healthcare applications and enable developers to build new and innovative solutions to address both clinical and operational needs. Responsible for defining new products that accelerate access to precision medicine at scale. Build work back plans and identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and dependencies to achieve established annual and long-range goals for the business. Lead and implement the strategy and vision of product/services and collaborate with senior leaders across organizations to align plans, product roadmap and strategies.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related. Ten (10) years of experience working in and leading cross-functional teams with at least seven (7) years of related healthcare industry experience. Employer will accept pre or post degree experience including pre Bachelor's experience. Work experience or internship experience to include: Two (2) years of experience working in an Agile environment using Jira, Confluence, Figma and Miro; Two (2) years of experience working directly with payers and pharmaceutical companies; Three (3) years of product experience working with FDA medical approved devices; Three (3) years of experience working in multiple countries with local treatment plans and procedures; Five (5) years of product management experience; Five (5) years working directly with hospital IT administrators or clinicians; Five (5) years of experience leading multiple product development cycles from concept to scale; Five (5) years of experience defining product requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements; Five (5) years of experience working directly with technical teams (software engineers, data scientist, etc.) out of which at least two (2) years in an SaaS cloud based environment. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently. 100% remote position reporting to GE Precision Healthcare LLC in Bellevue, WA. Candidate may live anywhere in the continental U.S. Approximately 15% domestic travel required to attend conferences, visit customer sites/hospitals and GEHC offices across the U.S. Approximately 5% international travel required to attend conferences, visit customer sites/hospitals and GEHC sites in Europe and Israel. Travel expenses paid by company.
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $185,600-$278,400 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
