Title: Director, Product Management, Growth
Location: REMOTE - U.S.
The Role:

The Director of Product-Led Growth is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through experimentation, pricing optimization, user acquisition, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate has proven results in high-scale B2C environments, strong analytical skills, and a focus on optimizing the user journey to achieve business outcomes. This leader will manage and mentor a team of growth-focused product managers and work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design, and data science teams to accelerate growth. The Director will report to the VP of Product and play a key role in shaping Splice's future by linking product performance with revenue goals.

What You'll Do:
  • Own and drive Splice's product-led growth strategy, aligning experimentation, pricing, acquisition, and retention with company goals.
  • Communicate growth plans, results, and learnings clearly to senior leadership and teams.
  • Define and monitor key growth metrics to measure impact and identify opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of experimentation and agility.
  • Contribute to daily growth initiatives, including hypothesizing, prioritizing experiments, analyzing results, and iterating.
  • Leverage market research, customer insights, and behavioral data to optimize the user journey.
  • Address complex growth challenges creatively and pragmatically, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
  • Establish and operationalize scalable experimentation processes across teams.
  • Build systems for tracking progress, reporting, and celebrating wins and failures to promote rapid learning.
  • Foster a growth mindset and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing teams.
Job Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years in product management, growth, or optimization roles for B2C software, with proven growth results.
  • Deep expertise in experimentation, funnel optimization, A/B testing, monetization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership experience in building and scaling growth or product teams.
  • Proven success in improving conversion rates and user retention through experimentation.
  • Strong execution skills, balancing strategy with hands-on prioritization and rapid iteration.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable with ambiguity and quick decision-making.
  • Understanding of UX principles and their impact on growth metrics.
  • Passion for building agile, experiment-driven teams with a bias for action.

The pay range is $180,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experience.
