You'll establish the foundational measurement frameworks that executive engineering leaders use to direct strategic investments, overseeing a portfolio of data products that quantify context effectiveness across our software development lifecycle. By translating developer experience metrics into systemic changes, you will transform how Capital One builds software faster, with higher quality, and less friction.
