What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Tooling Team to design and build products that execute ad campaigns delivering positive outcomes for advertisers
- Develop a roadmap for the Sales CRM to create effective workflows aligned with business objectives
- Own the data strategy between Sales CRM and business/product teams throughout the selling process
- Manage daily operations of product and engineering teams to build and scale ad campaign technologies
- Oversee business case prioritization, monitoring, and the development of operational reports using SQL and Excel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 7 years of experience in Product Management
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Strong analytical skills to develop complex queries and understand business operations
- Exceptional cross-team collaboration skills to work across various functions and organizations
- Proven ability to drive results and accountability from teams in a matrixed organization
