Job Title: Director, Product Management — Agentic AI

Location: USA or Europe Remote

Position Overview:

A world-class product manager for Akka’s product portfolio. This is an outbound role responsible for product marketing, positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and technology partnerships. The PM will collaborate closely with our DevEx PM and OpsEx PM to ensure Akka is the leading product in agentic AI categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound product management for the Akka portfolio, including pricing, packaging, sales and marketing collateral, demos, enablement, and training.
• Developing technical partnerships with agentic AI technology vendors: integration, alignment, community collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding or a strong desire to become an expert in agentic AI, including LLMs, reinforcement learning, ambient AI, streaming memory, network design, evaluation strategies, scaling, AI flow tracing, semantic memory, orchestration systems, and safety controls.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for creating compelling narratives through slides, videos, blogs, and papers targeting architects, CIOs, developers, and IT executives.
• A competitive drive to outperform rivals, including well-funded startups, and a commitment to industry leadership.
• Active participation in the AI and agentic community through standards, partnerships, and thought leadership.
• Experience with enterprise IT architecture and the lifecycle of project and purchase processes. Preferably, experience in launching successful digital products with positive customer and analyst feedback.
