Modivcare is looking for an experienced Director - Product Management to join our team. In this role, you will lead a product team in driving transformational products and digital healthcare capabilities. You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, while collaborating with agile teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions aligned with high-profile initiatives and organizational goals.

This role…

  • Identifies business opportunities through client engagement and market research.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
  • Drives requirements and prioritization with Product Owners and Managers across agile sprint teams.
  • Participates in sprint activities including planning, refinement, and reviews.
  • Supports user research and defines success metrics to evaluate product effectiveness.
  • Partners with business departments to develop marketing collateral and communications for releases.
  • Acts as the voice of the customer in product development discussions.
  • Maintains effective relationships with project teams, business partners, and leadership.
  • Oversees a team of product analysts in a matrixed environment.
  • Balances resource alignment, provides performance feedback, and ensures analyst effectiveness.
  • Ensures cross-functional collaboration and a customer-first culture.
  • Manages project timelines, dependencies, and milestones while adjusting plans as needed.
  • Leads strategic planning and budgeting activities; monitors variances and initiates corrective actions.
  • May lead additional projects and perform other duties as assigned.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Ten (10) plus years of experience in B2B, B2B2C, or SaaS-based product teams.
  • Five (5) plus years of leadership responsibility.
  • Experience implementing complex vendors.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with cross-functional teams.
  • Product improvement and implementation experience a plus.
  • SCRUM or Agile certification preferred.
  • Healthcare insurance industry experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
  • Skilled in market analysis and customer insight to inform product design.
  • Strong proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and methodologies.
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
  • Compassionate team leadership and customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-starter capable of independently completing detailed solutions.

Salary: $159,900 - $215,900

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
