Job summary

Applied Systems seeks a Director of Product Management to drive data-driven IT product performance and unlock growth opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and oversee the full project lifecycle in a hybrid work model.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of software development experience, with strong experience in SaaS, APIs, and Agile methods. Expect a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Management Engineering or any Engineering field, or a related field plus 2 years of software development experience.
• Experience with SaaS products, product and project management, API-based integrations, Agile methodologies.
• Strong data analysis, requirement gathering, testing, data migration, and reporting capabilities.

• Plan, initiate, and manage complex IT projects, providing leadership to technical teams and aligning business stakeholders.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Product Managers with development plans and performance feedback.
