This role typically involves a combination of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in product development and lifecycle management. In this role, using subject matter expertise and market insights, you will support the current solution/product offerings and will be instrumental in guiding the development of new product offerings, delivering value with existing customers, and driving revenue opportunities. You will work with current clients as well as sales prospects to advance product innovation and growth in value-based care contracting and performance with payers and providers. The successful candidate will have experience working with or in a health plan, devising and implementing various value-based care contracting models with providers. You will be leading a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support and collaborate with cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, sales personnel, and customer managers to ensure effective solution design, development, and delivery. This role will be responsible for collaborating with sales and marketing to enable effective product commercialization. Overall, the Director of Product Management plays a crucial role in shaping the direction of a company's products, ensuring they align with market needs and contribute to the overall success of the business.
