Job summary

Vizient in the United States is seeking a senior product leader to define and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy across a portfolio of enterprise products and platform capabilities.

You will partner with engineering, design, sales, pricing and strategy teams to translate business goals into measurable outcomes, drive go-to-market plans, monitor KPIs, and prioritize investments to maximize client value.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and execution priorities for a portfolio of enterprise products and platform capabilities.
• Develop multi-year product strategies aligned with client needs, market opportunities, and organizational priorities.
• Translate business strategies into measurable product outcomes through defined goals, success metrics, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality products that create client and business value.
• Lead Voice of Customer initiatives, client discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
• Prioritize product investments and develop business cases using client insights, market potential, business value, and technical considerations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Pricing, Marketing, and Strategy teams to advance commercialization, go-to-market planning, and product adoption.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs and business outcomes to evaluate success, optimize performance, and guide investment decisions.

Estimated Hiring Range

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.
