Job summary

Vizient is seeking a senior product leader to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise products and platform capabilities. You will partner with engineering, architecture, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that unlock client value.

You will lead customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and translate business strategies into measurable outcomes with clear goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Lead product vision, strategy, roadmaps and execution priorities for a portfolio of enterprise products and platform capabilities.
• Develop multi-year product strategies aligned with client needs, market opportunities, and organizational priorities.

• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable products that create value.
• Lead Voice of Customer initiatives, client discovery, market research and competitive analysis.
• Prioritize product investments and build business cases using client insights and market potential.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Pricing, Marketing and Strategy to drive commercialization and product adoption.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs and business outcomes to guide investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Product Managers, influence executive leadership, and advance product management practices.
• Leverage AI-enabled practices across discovery, research, planning, prioritization and experimentation.

• Lead Voice of Customer initiatives, client discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
• Prioritize product investments and develop business cases using client insights, market potential, business value, and technical considerations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Pricing, Marketing, and Strategy teams to advance commercialization, go-to-market planning, and product adoption.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs and business outcomes to evaluate success, optimize performance, and guide investment decisions.

Preferred Responsibilities

• Mentor Product Managers, influence executive leadership, and advance product management practices across the organization.
• Leverage AI-enabled practices and emerging technologies across product discovery, research, planning, prioritization, and experimentation to improve product outcomes.

Estimated Hiring Range

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
