Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in the United States seeks a Director of Product Experience & Syndication to lead the enterprise function responsible for quality, governance, enrichment, launch readiness, and omnichannel activation of product data and customer-facing content across Delta Faucet’s full brand portfolio.

The role leads four managers and 20+ team members, partnering across Product, Brand, Sales, IS, Compliance, Finance, Digital Experience, and Channel teams to align priorities and deliver

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, marketing, information systems, data management, digital commerce, technology, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product data management, product information management, digital content operations, omnichannel commerce, customer content syndication, data governance, or related digital/business operations roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading through managers or multi-layer teams
  • Experience managing or evolving PXM/PIM, DAM, syndication, digital shelf, ecommerce, or product data platforms such as InRiver, Salsify, Syndigo, Stibo STEP, Bynder, or similar systems.
  • Experience leading technology-enabled transformation, including business readiness, change management, adoption, process redesign, and post-implementation optimization.
  • Strong understanding of retail, ecommerce, trade, marketplace, and brand-owned digital channel requirements; experience with high-SKU complexity, durable goods, manufacturing, B2B distribution, or consumer products preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled content, workflow automation, API-based syndication, digital shelf analytics, product data quality tooling, or data governance technology preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop four direct-report managers across Product Data, Omni Retail Content, Ecommerce, Trade, and related product/customer data capabilities, plus a broader organization of 20+ team members.
  • Coach managers as people leaders, functional owners, and change leaders, building their skills in performance management, delegation, prioritization, team development, and cross-functional influence.
  • Create a team culture that can absorb ambiguity, shifting customer requirements, and ongoing change while maintaining accountability, engagement, and execution discipline.
  • Own the business capability roadmap for PXM, syndication, customer template management, product content workflows, digital shelf analytics, and related product data integrations.
  • Define how the organization transitions from manual, customer-by-customer work toward more scalable, platform-enabled, governed, and measurable workflows.
  • Use digital shelf analytics, customer issue trends, launch KPI performance, rejection rates, and rework patterns to identify process gaps and influence upstream improvements.
  • Identify high-volume, repeatable, manual, and error-prone workflows that can be improved through automation, AI-assisted enrichment, workflow redesign, integration, or process simplification.
  • Partner with IS, Analytics, Digital Experience, and business stakeholders to evaluate where AI can responsibly improve data quality, content readiness, audit efficiency, issue detection, and team productivity.
  • Track productivity gains and reinvest capacity toward higher-value work such as quality improvements, customer readiness, digital shelf insights, launch enablement, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for integrating acquired brands, product categories, customer requirements, and legacy data processes into DFC’s product data and content ecosystem.
  • Design and continuously evolve the product data, content, and syndication operating model to support growth across brands, customers, channels, acquisitions, and future platform capabilities.
  • Establish portfolio-level intake and prioritization practices that evaluate work by customer impact, launch risk, commercial value, regulatory need, strategic importance, and team capacity.
  • Partner with Product, Program Management, Channel, Brand, Sales, Digital Experience, IS, and Finance leaders to sequence NPD, integration, pricing, compliance, content, and customer-readiness work realistically across shared resources.
  • Identify structural barriers that slow launch readiness or customer execution and lead cross-functional improvements that reduce rework and improve predictability.
  • Establish clear ownership and accountability for upstream data inputs, downstream customer execution, and cross-functional issue resolution.
  • Partner with Compliance, Product, Brand, and Channel teams to ensure regulatory, claims, certification, restriction, and product-relationship data are accurate, governed, and auditable.
  • Build data governance practices that support future AI, automation, digital shelf analytics, regulatory transparency, and enterprise reporting needs

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Director, Product Experience & Syndication to lead the enterprise function responsible for the quality, governance, enrichment, launch readiness, and omnichannel activation of product data and customer-facing content across Delta Faucet’s full brand portfolio.

The role leads a multi-layer organization of four managers and 20+ team members, partnering across Product, Brand, Sales, IS, Compliance, Finance, Digital Experience, and Channel teams to align enterprise priorities and deliver scalable capabilities that support growth, digital experiences, and commercial success.

Success in this role requires building the leadership, governance, and operational foundations necessary to support DFC’s continued growth and transformation. The Director must create a scalable organization that consistently delivers business outcomes, while strengthening manager ownership, improving enterprise prioritization, advancing data governance, and leading ongoing platform, customer, and process evolution.

Responsibilities:

Team & Organizational Leadership
