Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a functional manager in product marketing technology within IT to lead engagements delivering digital marketing and content platforms across PIM, DAM, and analytics. You will drive requirements, design solutions, and govern platforms for brand and channel marketing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and help align roadmaps with IT strategy while supporting enterprise product data platforms and eCommerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ experience crafting, delivering, and developing technical solutions to support business process and organization change
• Experience building professional business relationships and cultivating these relationships to drive value centric initiatives
• Experience managing (PIM) product information management systems such as InRiver, Stibo, Salsify - including automated workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop strong partnering relationships within the Company’s Brands and Channels, providing consultancy on business process and solutions
• Support strategic priorities and goals as well as contribute to the development of roadmaps in support of team goals
• Assist in crafting Business Cases to identify projects to add to the IT Portfolio
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (digital experience, product, business intelligence, creative) for alignment
• Collaborate with the Product and Customer Data teams to develop shared processes, roadmaps and ways of working
• Enable eCommerce and digital channel experiences by delivering scalable product data solutions that support online merchandising, syndication, and customer-facing platforms.
