The Role: We’re hiring a Director of Product Design to lead a team shaping the user experience for our Marketing product and platform-wide capabilities. This includes shared services like user management, integrations, and customer onboarding—critical touchpoints for delivering a seamless cross-product experience.

You’ll work closely with Product Management leaders, Engineering, UX Research, and Content Design to tackle high-impact problems, building tools that help B2B revenue teams work smarter, faster, and more effectively. You’ll also play a key role in scaling our design team, systems, and processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team of nine product designers across multiple product areas and workstreams
  • Help shape the product design strategy in collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Guide the design of complex enterprise workflows and data visualizations
  • Ensure designs are usable, scalable, and aligned with both user and business needs
  • Champion adoption and evolution of the 6sense design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer through research and feedback loops Hire, onboard, and develop designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • Previous experience as a Director of Product Design leading a remote team
  • Passion for simplifying complexity, communicating without jargon, and designing cohesive cross-product workflows
  • Deep experience designing enterprise software or B2B SaaS platforms—especially those with complex data, workflows, or user roles
  • Proven ability to lead design efforts from discovery through delivery in an agile product environment
  • Strength in UX strategy, interaction design, and systems thinking
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to navigate ambiguity and advocate for design at every level
  • Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, and comfort working with distributed teams

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with revenue technology, sales enablement, or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience leading an all-remote team (not just hybrid)
  • Experience designing for AI-driven or data-rich products

Base Salary Range: $211,398.00 - $265,050.40. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO). #Li-remote
