Job summary

Siro is hiring a Director of Product Design to own design end to end. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders to redefine how thousands of in-person sales teams work with AI—driving craft, systems, and interactions at scale.

You’ll lead with seniority, mentor designers, and influence the roadmap while maintaining hands-on design throughout the product lifecycle.

• AI-native approach with daily prototyping using AI tools.
• Systems thinker who still focuses on micro-details like 4px decisions.

• Experience mentoring or leading designers is valued but not required.

We're hiring a Director of Product Design to own design at Siro end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll partner with our Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders to reinvent how thousands of in-person sales teams work.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product craft and quality— consistency, polish, and delight.
• Build the design system, patterns, and principles that scale as we grow.
• Design the mobile and web app surfaces and AI interactions.
• Go from idea to working prototype in hours with AI tooling, and pull the team into that loop.
• Plan and execute user research, including in-person customer visits and ride-alongs.
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal debates.
• Partner with senior leadership and our founder/CEO to frame problems, influence the roadmap, and set product direction.
• Raise the taste of the PMs and engineers making design decisions without you.

About you

• 8+ years designing product with quantifiable success.
• Exceptional interaction and visual craft. You can say why something feels off and what would fix it without hiding behind vibes.
• AI-native. You prototype with modern AI tools daily and are fluent enough with code to make things real.
• A systems thinker who still sweats the 4px decision.
• Customer-obsessed. You'd take a day in the field over a day in a planning doc, and you make it happen without being asked.
• Credible with senior leaders. You influence strategy on the strength of your reasoning and research, and you challenge a founder or an engineering lead without turning design into theater.
• Still designing by choice— Experience mentoring or leading designers is welcome, but we're hiring for craft, judgment, and influence — not headcount.
• Energized by ambiguity, tough problems, and high expectations.
