Job summary

Siro is seeking a Director of Product Design to own design end‑to‑end, partnering with Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders to reinvent how thousands of in‑person sales teams work. You will own the product craft, build the design system, and design mobile and web surfaces as well as AI interactions.

You will go from idea to prototyping quickly with AI tooling, plan in‑person user research, and represent the voice of the customer in strategic discussions with the Founder CEO and senior

• 8+ years designing product with quantifiable success.

• Mentoring or leading designers is welcome, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product design for Siro’s offerings.
• Build and evolve the design system, patterns, and UI language.
• Design mobile and web surfaces and AI interactions.
• Conduct user research including field visits and ride‑alongs.
• Partner with senior leadership to frame problems and influence roadmap.
• Raise the design standard across PMs and engineers.
• Define what Design means at Siro and scope of influence.

Job description

• We’re hiring a Director of Product Design to own design at Siro end to end. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll partner with our Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders to reinvent how thousands of in‑person sales teams work
• Own the product craft and quality— consistency, polish, and delight
• Build the design system, patterns, and principles that scale as we grow
• Design the mobile and web app surfaces and AI interactions
• Go from idea to working prototype in hours with AI tooling, and pull the team into that loop
• Plan and execute user research, including in‑person customer visits and ride‑alongs
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal debates
• Partner with senior leadership and our founder/CEO to frame problems, influence the roadmap, and set product direction
• Raise the taste of the PMs and engineers making design decisions without you
• You’ll define what Design means at Siro — the standard, the systems, and scope of influence
• Define the product language for a category still being invented. In‑person sales is the biggest slice of selling and the most underserved by software
• Work on a genuinely hard problem: messy spoken conversation, fragmented business systems, field execution, and AI agents in one product
• Build for users who love it. Reps rely on it, sales leaders evangelize it, and you’ll hear their gratitude in person
• Operate on a small, senior team at a high‑growth Series B company with real product‑market fit and direct access to the Founder CEO
