Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Director, Product Analyst to shape advanced financial planning tools within its Financial Planning and Advice Product Area. You will partner with product managers, designers, and business teams to transform user insights into practical, well‑designed solutions.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and targets comprehensive estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; designation preferred (CPA/Tax/JD).
• 10–12 years total experience with 2 years in trusts/estate or tax planning in public accounting, law, or wealth management.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred.
• Estate planning, family wealth transfer, wills/trusts, income tax and estate tax knowledge required.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business partners to translate user needs into effective, well‑designed solutions.
• Shape innovative financial planning tools within the Financial Planning and Advice product area.
• Blend strategy with hands‑on execution and drive end‑to‑end customer experiences.
• Communicate complex topics clearly and influence across management levels.
